Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build backend services (Go, Java, Python) for AI inference on real-time data.
• Own features end-to-end: design, align stakeholders, drive decisions.
• Make technical calls on cross-team systems: model lifecycle, inference routing, agent execution.
• Own quality: code, tests, docs, operability, and rollout safety.
• Mentor teammates via code reviews, design feedback, and cross-cutting work.
• Participate in on-call for team services and keep processes healthy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing, building, and operating distributed systems in production.
• Strong Kubernetes and distributed-systems knowledge; containerization, networking, isolation.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python; willing to use all three.
• A track record leading cross-team technical work.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; write design docs for diverse stakeholders.
