Staff Software Engineer (Elixir)

📋 Description

• Owning and evolving complex systems that span multiple teams, services, and repositories.
• Driving architecture discussions and facilitating high-impact technical decisions.
• Designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining production systems.
• Conducting thorough, high-volume code reviews across repositories to ensure quality, share context
• Pairing with and mentoring engineers across teams to improve technical capabilities and
• Diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, including algorithmic and data-correctness

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Elixir and functional programming concepts.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Experience owning and evolving large systems spanning multiple services, repositories, and teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and experience driving technical decisions across
• Experience with Phoenix LiveView is strongly preferred.
