📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve extensible enterprise platform frameworks used by product teams.
• Lead architecture discussions for shared infra: data models, APIs, event-driven workflows.
• Solve ambiguous tech challenges with iterative, long-term vs short-term tradeoffs.
• Design durable platform abstractions focused on correctness, performance, and security.
• Use AI tools throughout the SDLC to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams; participate in on-call.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; architected shared platforms.
• Strong architecture judgment; decompose problems and tradeoffs.
• Design extensible data models, APIs, and platform abstractions.
• Distributed patterns: event-driven workflows, async processing, observability.
• Backend expertise in Java, Kotlin, or Python; PostgreSQL.
• Production services experience: monitoring, incident response, tuning, data integrity.
