🎯 Requirements

8+ years software engineering with tech lead on a product team.
Strong Go or Python backend skills.
Experience operating and scaling high-availability systems (four 9s) in production.
Proven delegation to enable senior engineers to own direction.
Translate product strategy into a crisp engineering roadmap.
Nice to have: Open banking APIs and bank connectivity patterns.
