🎯 Requirements

Backend platform engineering experience
Experimentation exposure at scale (A/B testing, feature-management, progressive-rollout)
Technical leadership in ambiguous engineering problems
Driving adoption of internal platforms or capabilities
Strong software engineering fundamentals in backend and distributed systems
Familiarity with data engineering, analytics engineering or large-scale data processing
