• 8+ years building production backends; expert in Java/Go/Rust.
• Own architecture for complex distributed systems at scale.
• Drive technical direction across teams and influence decisions beyond scope.
• Resilient distributed systems: failover, degradation, idempotency.
• API design expertise (REST/gRPC) and reusable patterns.
• Navigate regulatory ambiguity; translate findings into durable engineering plans.
