Staff Software Engineer, Frontend

📋 Description

• Scale document ingestion and processing that grows 10x every 6 months
• Design data collection from 50+ legal jurisdictions
• Build government-level security for top governments and firms
• Lead AI across web, desktop, mobile, Docs, Word, and API
• Build AI platform features like orchestration layers, tool calls, and retrieval
• Ship full stack with React/TS frontend and Python/Postgres backend for streaming results and complex workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product-focused full-stack software engineering
• Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS (TailwindCSS), Python
• Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products
• Track record of shipping intuitive products with strong attention to detail
• Experience building scalable and extensible solutions across the stack for multiple product lines
• Grit – experience at early-stage startups is a plus
