📋 Description

Build new interfaces for lawyers and organizations to collaborate with AI.
Lead end-to-end UI features for Assistant, Vault, Workflows, and Word/Outlook add-ins.
Build high-performance React + TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS.
Architect reusable components and patterns and evolve our design system.
Optimize frontend performance at scale.
Collaborate with design and backend to shape APIs/UX for long-running jobs.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years of experience in frontend software engineering (product-focused).
Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS (TailwindCSS).
Track record building fast-growing SaaS products using PWA technologies.
Track record shipping intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
Experience at startups/scaleups (early to late stage) is a plus.
