📋 Description

Own frontend architecture and app structure (Next.js App Router).
Define component design system and accessibility standards.
Drive frontend performance and Core Web Vitals targets.
Mentor senior and mid-level frontend engineers.

Collaborate with backend engineers and designers.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years frontend experience with React and Next.js.
Expert in Next.js 14+ App Router, React Server Components.
Strong TypeScript and Redux, API contracts.
Experience building real-time dashboards (WebSocket/SSE) and charts.
Experience Elasticsearch-powered search UIs (typeahead, facets).
Ability to mentor engineers and raise frontend standards.
