📋 Description

• Setting technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale
• Collaborating with product management, design & analytics in product development lifecycle
• Acting as a force-multiplier through definition and advocacy of technical solutions and operational
• Owning team operations and availability with proper monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks
• Fostering a culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards
• Developing talent on the team through feedback and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript
• Experience delivering major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality with
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move from low-level language idioms to architecture of large
• Strong feedback gathering and iteration skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
