Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) - Imports Platform

📋 Description

• Lead full-stack architectural design for the Imports Platform (Frontend, APIs, Microservices, Data
• Own end-to-end features from UI to back-end services and data persistence.
• Drive migration from monolith to distributed microservices and modern frontend apps.
• Design robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs with attention to performance and security.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architects, QA, and SRE to meet enterprise identity requirements.
• Mentor engineers and shape long-term platform health and engineering velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building enterprise-grade software across frontend and backend.
• Backend: Java and Spring Boot for distributed microservices, APIs, and workflows.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, or modern Web Components; building complex admin UIs.
• Distributed systems: MySQL, Redis, Kafka/SQS; event-driven and batch processing.
• API Design: RESTful or GraphQL APIs powering rich UIs and integrations.
• Cloud: AWS or GCP, microservices, CI/CD, modern deployment tooling.
