Staff Software Engineer- Fullstack

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-powered tools for application development
• Architect and build core web technology stacks — authentication, event tracking, application
• Drive architecture and engineering standards at the team and division level
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications on Kubernetes
• Work closely with product, ML, and engineering teams
• Expand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript and modern UI frameworks — React, Angular, or Lit (required)
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar)
• Strong command of UI design principles, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
• Experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases
• Experience with event-driven and stateless architectures, functional programming, and abstract data
