Staff Software Engineer, GI

📋 Description

• Help define the GI product line from scratch.
• Build strong partnerships with Product, Design, and Marketing to align on the strategy
• Lead the technical roadmap development for the new GI product line spanning AI systems, UX
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for the hardest parts of the new product line.
• Build the GI product as a minimum lovable product (MLP) delivering a significant and measurable
• Mentor and pair with engineers on the pod, helping them grow in engineering best practices, code

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of practical software engineering experience, including building and shipping
• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or foreign
• 2+ years of hands-on React Native experience building mobile applications at scale.
• Experience building in large React Native codebases, TypeScript/Node.js and Go backends, GraphQL
• History operating a product surface that integrates across multiple platforms owned by different
• Track record of running experiments (e.g., A/B tests or multivariate tests) on core product
