Design and build AI-powered Growth experiences for onboarding
Own the AI Voice Agent for onboarding workflows

🎯 Requirements

8+ years building and shipping customer-facing software at scale
Full-stack: frontend, backend APIs, production services
Growth-focused: onboarding, communications, CRM, lifecycle
Strong AI fluency: prompts, tool integration, content generation
Experience owning multi-quarter initiatives with measurable impact
Ruby on Rails experience or interest
