📋 Description

• Own the referral platform tech roadmap across full stack.
• Scale incentive/referral systems for growing volume.
• Integrate ML model outputs into referral surfaces.
• Design, instrument, and analyze A/B experiments with DS feedback.
• Partner with product, design, analytics to define what to build.
• Raise engineering bar: code quality, observability, standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years software engineering, production systems at scale.
• Full-stack experience: React/React Native frontend, Node.js/TypeScript backend.
• Incentive/growth experience designing systems shifting user behavior.
• Personalization at scale: ML pipelines, model serving, A/B testing.
• Staff-level leadership and architectural decision making.
