📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to design innovative services and features for the core product.
• Build robust tools and services to scale Chainguard's image build system.
• Own high-impact, deeply technical components as the subject matter expert.
• Contribute to long-term planning and roadmaps to solve key problems.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software, data structures, algorithms, and Makefiles/toolchains.
• Expertise with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries.
• Experience with Terraform or IaC; creating modules for reuse.
• Experience writing services or tools in Go.
• Strong English communication; autonomous, proactive, and collaborative.
