🎯 Requirements

Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Expert in incident tooling (Rootly, PagerDuty).
Distributed systems and failure modes; Kafka/event streaming exp.
Observability: metrics, logs, tracing; Kubernetes; CI/CD; SLO/SLA.
Strong written comms; runbooks; post-mortem facilitation; async work.
Experience in large orgs with 500+ engineers navigating reliability programs.
