📋 Description

• Design and build the next generation of IAM primitives to securely power AI-driven agentic
• Develop new user-facing permission models, including custom roles and granular access controls
• Architect and implement platform features like Account Groups to simplify access management for
• Own and operate mission-critical, highly-available backend services that are fundamental to every
• Work across the stack to ship end-to-end features, from API design and database modeling to
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes as well as mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development
• A high bar for engineering quality and a passion for building resilient, scalable distributed
• Experience designing, building, and operating backend services in a professional environment
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with a product-minded approach
• Proficiency in a modern backend language such as Go, Ruby, Java, or similar
• Mentor engineers at all levels, supporting their professional growth and technical leadership
