Staff Software Engineer, Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve our authorization platform (RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC).
• Design, build, and evolve the authentication platform across use cases.
• Design, build, and evolve the user management platform for identities.
• Partner with security teams for secure-by-design and SOC2/GDPR alignment.
• Build self-service APIs (GraphQL, gRPC, REST) for product teams.
• Drive scalable systems and roadmaps across authentication, authorization, and user management.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend: Java 2X, Spring Boot 3.x, WebFlux, Maven
• Data & APIs: SQL, GraphQL, gRPC, REST
• Cloud & Infra: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Helm
• Identity & Security: RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC; OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT; SAML 2.0 & SSO
• Engineering Practices: Event-driven architecture; TDD or strong testing
• Nice to Have: Auth0, SpiceDB, Apollo Federation, OpenTelemetry
