Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design and operate production infra for high-scale, low-latency systems
• Own critical services end-to-end with strong SLOs and telemetry
• Collaborate with research and product to architect and scale features
• Tune latencies: networking, caching, CPU/memory/I/O optimization
• Evolve CI/CD and self-service tooling to boost developer velocity
• Support various deployment architectures with observability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating production infrastructure
• Depth in at least one area across Core/Data/AI-ML/Platform/Voice
• Proven track record meeting high availability and low latency
• Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog; incident response
• Clear written communication; turn ambiguous requirements into simple designs
• Strong Kubernetes experience (GKE/EKS/AKS) and multi-cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure)
