🎯 Requirements

Experience designing, building, operating large-scale distributed systems
History delivering complex, ambiguous projects
Experience making architectural decisions used by multiple teams
Strong fundamentals; proficient in Python, Rust, Go, or Java
Experience with modern cloud infra: Kubernetes and IaC on AWS/GCP
Strong written/verbal comms; able to drive cross-team alignment
