🎯 Requirements

8+ years coding in Go, Java, or similar with concurrency.
Experience designing distributed systems and using concurrency primitives.
Deep expertise in at least one infra domain (compute, networking, storage).
Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure; cost/perf/reliability optimization.
Exceptional collaboration and communication; drive alignment across teams.
Track record shaping long-term tech roadmaps and thoughtful tradeoffs.
