📋 Description

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Rails solutions.
Build ISPM features from the product roadmap.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, designers.
Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions.
Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience developing complex software products.
5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code).
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with external APIs (REST, OData) and authN/authZ.
