Staff Software Engineer - Java

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years Backend Engineer with Java, Spring, JPA, Hibernate.
• Experience building data pipelines with Databricks, ETL, Apache Spark.
• Relational databases; PostgreSQL a plus.
• Cloud-native distributed systems; Kubernetes, AWS.
• Broad skill set across multiple technical areas beyond Backend, DevOps, Cloud Infra.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
