Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning (Health)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production ML health services
• Lead scalable ML inference systems, APIs, and backends
• Improve ML data pipelines and feature delivery tooling
• Translate research prototypes into production systems
• Drive observability and reliability for ML services
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/SE/Data Science or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years building large-scale distributed systems or production ML platforms
• Strong Python coding; production-quality code
• Experience deploying ML inference at scale (real-time or batch)
• Cloud: AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability tooling
• Led architecture/design ownership and mentoring; improved reliability
