Staff Software Engineer, MacOS

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of new features and services from conception to deployment
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to ensure seamless delivery
• Act as a force multiplier across teams, mentoring engineers and guiding technical design reviews
• Raise the technical bar through rigorous code standards, comprehensive automated testing, and
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Principal Architects to translate
• Create technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, designing and building macOS (or iOS) features using
• Deep expertise in macOS/iOS environments, performance optimization, and security
• Advanced debugging and performance optimization with Xcode, LLDB, Instruments
• Experience in agile environments with CI/CD and automated testing
• Strong communication and technical influence skills
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
