Staff Software Engineer, Member Records

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-service Member Records
• Set and advance a multi-quarter technical direction for Member Records in partnership with
• Establish durable technical patterns for APIs, domain models, integrations, testing, observability
• Mentor and support junior engineers, providing thoughtful code reviews and real-time pairing.
• Integrate and leverage AI technologies to automate processes and enhance product features.
• Raise the engineering bar through high-quality design and code reviews, pairing, mentoring, hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree
• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful experience delivering
• 3+ years hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern React application development.
• 3+ years backend experience with Node.js, service development, API design, and integration patterns.
• 1+ years of experience in mentoring and leading junior team members, collaborating effectively with
• Experience with using AI tools such as Github copilot or Cursor
