Staff Software Engineer, ML Platform

📋 Description

• Build multimodal data mining and semantic search for AV products.
• Develop data-understanding platform infra for real-time queries and vector DBs.
• Deliver end-to-end data mining spanning onboard (C++) and offboard ML infra.
• Create real-time semantic search services for text/images/videos and vectors.
• Identify ML infra issues and proactively optimize system performance.
• Architect and tune ETL pipelines to maximize GPU/CPU/RAM utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building multimodal data indexing and inference pipelines.
• Experience delivering scalable, reliable ML infrastructure.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience building or using ML infra for many customer teams.
• Deep understanding of design trade-offs and alignment.
• Experience with model training, optimization, or large data pipelines.
