Staff Software Engineer (ML QA)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain robust test infrastructure and automation for a complex ML software
• Architect and evolve test frameworks, tooling for scalability and developer experience.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines targeting simulators, emulators, and hardware.
• Review code and designs, set high software engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering practices.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and production-grade software practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in production-quality software engineering roles.
• Strong software design skills and the ability to work on large/complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch; familiarity with TensorFlow/JAX is a plus.
• Experience with distributed workflows and CI/CD (GitHub-based workflows preferred).
• Experience with Linux and building/maintaining test infrastructure.
