📋 Description

• Role: lead for mobile app infrastructure and shared components (design system, networking
• Own technical strategy for the team on a year-long horizon and drive business-impacting projects.
• Collaborate across product, design, and analytics to ensure sustainability and manage risks.
• Define and advocate technical solutions and operational processes to multiply team impact.
• Own team operations and availability, including monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on-call
• Foster quality by setting design and code standards and sharing know-how via talks and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years mobile app development experience; 4+ years with React Native.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on React Native and Expo experience; authored or migrated native modules/components.
• Experience with complex state management; Redux Toolkit a bonus.
• Experience with RN SDK updates and debugging across JS↔native boundaries.
• Stay current with native OS releases and their impact on React Native apps.

🎁 Benefits

• Base Pay Grade: – California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut: $230,000 - $290,000.
