React Native or cross-platform framework experience at production scale.
Experience building/shaping a mobile test automation framework.
Background defining mobile CI/CD quality gating and device farm integration.
Track record delivering complex cross‑team projects; influence without authority.
Nice to have: Device Farm experience and Bazel monorepo.
