Define and execute multi-quarter technical roadmaps spanning subsystems and partner teams.
Own system-level architecture for core products, improving reliability on-road.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of professional software development; C++ preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; Masters/PhD preferred in Robotics/CS/EE.
Experience with motion planning, navigation, or robotics/safety-critical systems.
Experience leading features from problem formulation to delivery.
