Drive planning stack decisions—algorithms, interfaces, and architecture.
Prototype and evaluate planning approaches; bring best ideas to production.
Collaborate with perception, controls, localization, and systems teams for integrated autonomy.
Establish and promote best practices in software, safety, and systems engineering for planning.
Mentor engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and design discussions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Math, EE, Mech, Robotics, Physics, or related field.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing planning modules for autonomous systems.
Strong programming in C++ (preferred) or Python; Linux experience.
Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive well-architected solutions.
Excellent communication, proactiveness, and ownership.
