🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of iOS or Android mobile software engineering experience (Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android)
• Track record of shipping high-quality mobile applications at scale with ownership of architecture
• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, including cold start, frame stability
• Demonstrated ability to translate org strategy into team-level technical execution, build alignment
• Experience with AI-assisted code generation or LLM-driven development workflows, with demonstrated
• Experience improving developer experience through build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and release
