🎯 Requirements

JLPT N1 level Japanese (read/write/communication).
Business-level English for cross-team collaboration.
Proven experience designing and building complex financial systems.
Strong accounting knowledge: ledgers, reconciliation, double-entry.
Backend focus: Go/Java/Kotlin, microservices, gRPC, REST.
Japan regulatory experience (FIEA/JSDA/JASDEC) and translating rules to tech.
