Staff Software Engineer (Node.js & TypeScript)

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for core SaaS platforms and backend systems.
• Drive backend strategy, performance, type safety, and scalability.
• Architect scalable distributed systems with TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS/Express/Fastify).
• Design robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven flows (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Oversee SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) data design and migrations.
• Lead cloud-native DevOps via AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master's in CS, Software Eng, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in software engineering with TS and Node.js backend.
• Experience with NestJS, Express, or Fastify.
• Strong knowledge of DDD, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• PostgreSQL and MongoDB expertise; indexing, transactions, modeling.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI); AWS/Azure/GCP.
