• Build the Event Foundation: architecture for wide-event data models and high-throughput pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ Years in Software Engineering: building platforms as software.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Kotlin, Ruby).
• Proven Telemetry Experience: telemetry platforms, ingestion pipelines, SDKs.
• Event & Scale Mastery: wide structured events, streaming backends, cardinality, sampling.
• Open Standards Expert: OpenTelemetry experience and SLIs/SLOs design.
• Strong Influencer: cross-functional collaboration and clear tradeoffs.
