Rich experience as Arranger/Builder-Enhancer in large-scale distributed systems design (reliability, scalability)
Operational experience in large-scale distributed systems environments
Experience developing highly concurrent systems
Demonstrated production-concurrency coding at Advanced or Expert levels
Knowledge and experience of reliability to ensure high Temporal system reliability
Experience with Elastic Search or Clickhouse
