Staff Software Engineer: Platform

📋 Description

• Define and lead the platform's technical direction as we scale to 10x enterprise customers.
• Design and implement scalable Kubernetes solutions for secure enterprise workloads.
• Define reliability initiatives: SLOs, capacity planning, resilience improvements.
• Identify and resolve misconfigurations and architectural risks.
• Build systems that support 10x customer growth with clear failure modes.
• Own and improve internal platform systems: deployments, environments, and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience
• Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs
• Previously worked in big tech and/or startups that scaled infrastructure
• Strong systems mindset
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Enjoys being a technical owner with broad company impact
• Familiarity with banking-level security and data governance
