• Kubernetes operator depth; operate clusters under real load.
• Strong Go proficiency; fluent production Go code.
• Multi-cloud experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience defining requirements and driving tech choices.
• Strong written/verbal communication; write design docs and postmortems.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Apache Airflow or workflow systems.
