Staff Software Engineer, Platform & Solutions

📋 Description

• Architect and improve cloud foundations on GCP for scalable, secure workloads.
• Design platform capabilities across GCP, Kubernetes, serverless, CI/CD, GitOps, observability.
• Establish GitOps workflows with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Terraform, Helm.
• Manage enterprise Kubernetes clusters: standards, deployment patterns, security.
• Build reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts to reduce manual work.
• Improve developer experience with self-service workflows, docs, and standardized environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Senior/staff-level across multiple domains; broad technical scope.
• Extensive hands-on cloud infra experience, preferably GCP (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and GitOps.
• Strong OO programming and scripting with Python or Bash.
• Observability and incident response experience.
