🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of non-internship software engineering
• 2+ years Python backend and TypeScript/Node.js services
• 2+ years AWS and containerization tools
• 2+ years distributed systems, microservices, data processing
• 2+ years mentoring and leading junior engineers
