Staff+ Software Engineer, Product

📋 Description

• Own product features end to end from customer problems through design, implement, launch, iterate
• Lead major product surfaces across multiple lines, set architecture and engineering direction
• Build performant, intuitive interfaces for large financial datasets
• Design scalable data models and APIs for various product experiences
• Develop streaming results and long-running processes with responsive UX
• Build AI-native capabilities including orchestration, retrieval, tool calls, workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Senior or Staff+ engineer with complex, intuitive B2B product shipping
• Strong full-stack capabilities from UI to backend and data stores
• Experience with performance, reliability, usability, detail
• Designing data models, APIs, and backend systems for large datasets
• Customer-facing product mindset and able to translate needs into solutions
• Experience with AI-native development (or strong interest) such as orchestration, retrieval
