📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction of product initiatives, including architecture, data modeling
• Own the full product development lifecycle, from problem definition and technical planning through

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience operating at a staff or lead level, with a proven ability
• Strong, hands-on experience using AI coding agents in daily production development, such as Claude
• Demonstrated ability to direct AI agents through effective prompting, context management
• Deep technical expertise in at least one relevant technology stack, supported by credible
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: PHP and Laravel; TypeScript, React, or
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data modeling, system integrations, testing
