📋 Description

• Own product features end to end from problem to launch
• Lead major surfaces across product lines with architectural decisions
• Build performant, spreadsheet-grade UIs for large financial datasets
• Design scalable data models and APIs for various product experiences
• Develop systems for streaming results and long-running processes
• Shape AI-native capabilities with orchestration, retrieval, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Senior or Staff+ engineer with complex B2B product shipping experience
• Strong full-stack capabilities from UI to backend services
• Experience in performance, usability, reliability, and detail
• Designing data models, APIs, and backends for large datasets
• Ability to work with customers to translate needs into solutions
• Experience with AI-native product development (orchestration, tool calls) is valuable
