Design, build, and operate Harvey's production infra powering AI workloads.
Lead technical direction across compute, networking, Kubernetes, and ops.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, security.
Partner with Product Eng, Security, AI Infrastructure, and Platform teams.
Establish reusable patterns, tooling, and paved paths for safe shipping.
Lead on-call rotations and translate production learnings into improvements.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software, infra, or production engineering.
Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on Kubernetes production experience (cluster lifecycle, networking).
Experience building and operating distributed systems for reliability.
Infra automation and IaC using Terraform or Pulumi.
Strong understanding of compute, networking, capacity planning.
