Staff Software Engineer (Python)

📋 Description

• Design and deliver next-gen AI platforms, integrating LLMs and ML models with cloud-native services.
• Lead backend architecture and production-grade systems (Python-focused).
• Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to translate requirements into robust
• Champion reliable, scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering
• Provide technical leadership and act as a technical contact on client projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field; 8+ years backend engineering experience.
• Strong Python (also Java/JavaScript) and experience with microservices.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes; Terraform and Helm; cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB); monitoring/observability stacks
• Ability to design, deploy, and operate ML production workflows and AI-native tooling.
• Excellent communicator and track record mentoring engineers and guiding technical strategy.
