Staff Software Engineer, QE

📋 Description

• Lead test automation across UI, API, and GraphQL for reliability and speed.

• Design AI evaluation frameworks to assess LLM feature accuracy and reliability.

• Use Cursor and Claude to accelerate test authoring and debugging.

• Lead performance testing and monitoring implementations.

• Develop custom reporting/analytics for test coverage and quality metrics.

• Optimize CI/CD test pipelines for faster feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software quality engineering with staff/lead level.

• Proficient in testing TS/JS and frontend stacks (React, Webpack).

• Expert in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver for E2E tests.

• Strong unit/component testing with Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library.

• Proven track record building/test automation frameworks at scale.

• Solid CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Buildkite, GitLab).

• GraphQL API testing: integration tests, mocks, contracts.

• Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
