📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time integrations for PACS, EHRs, and worklists.
• Architect a scalable, reusable integration platform to simplify onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define strategies and feasibility.
• Expand capabilities for healthcare tech, analytics, AI, and third-party systems.
• Partner with customers, hospital IT, and vendors to gather requirements and deployments.
• Drive standardization and mentor engineers on best practices and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend-focused software engineer with strong full-stack capabilities and healthcare integrations.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Electron, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating production-grade cloud services.
• Hands-on with interoperability standards: FHIRcast, SMART on FHIR, FHIR, HL7, DICOM.
• Proven track record delivering production integrations with third-party clinical systems and scalable platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and architectural influence.
