Staff Software Engineer (Ruby or Golang)

📋 Description

• Staff Backend Developer for Engine team handling Recipe runtime
• Focus on DSL, event processing, and job execution
• Ensure performance, scalability, storage, durability, security
• Build, extend and troubleshoot Ruby and Go apps and microservices
• Lead code reviews and collaborate with other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building scalable distributed backend apps
• Strong understanding of distributed systems patterns
• Deep DB/infra knowledge: Postgres, Redis, Kafka, S3
• Multilingual programming: Ruby and Go; at least two languages
• Cloud deployments: Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD; AWS/Azure/GCP
• BS/MS in CS/Engineering; 7+ years industry experience
